Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and American Express. If you do not wish to pay online, you can arrange for payment via cheque by calling us on 01908 939023.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

Delivery is free for orders over £100. For all other orders we have a flat rate of £4.99.

Please note we only deliver to the UK mainland.

Providing all items in your order are in stock, we will ship your order within 2 working days.

Delivery of out-of-stock items may take from 6 - 8 weeks. As soon as your order is complete it will be shipped to you. Items are not charged until we ship them to you.

When you have placed your order on the website, you will be sent a confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive this email, please let us know at info@inspirationalelements.co.uk or via telephone on 01908 939023.

Delivery Schedule

Providing all items in your order are in stock, we will ship your order within 2 working days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Inspirational Elements do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy

We trust that you will be delighted with your Inspirational Elements purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied please contact us via info@inspirationalelements.co.uk.

If the item is returned in its original condition we are happy to offer a full refund, minus delivery costs.

All items must be returned within 14 days with the invoice included.

We will process your refund via the method in which payment was originally made.

Return postage costs are not refunded.
The package is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches us. Therefore we recommend you send it via registered post, retaining proof of postage in order to claim from Royal Mail should your package be lost.
