How much is the delivery charge?

Delivery is free for orders over £100.

For all other orders we have a flat rate of £4.99.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

This website is only for delivery of products to addresses in the UK and Northern Ireland . This includes Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands.

We cannot deliver to the Channel Islands (including Alderney and Herm) or BFPO addresses.

Can I place a telephone order?

Yes. If you would prefer to place an order by telephone rather than online we can be contacted on: 01908 939023.

If we are unable to get to the phone please do leave a message on the answerphone with your name, contact number and email address and we will get back to you the same day.

Can I pay by PayPal?

Yes, we accept payment via PayPal.

When your order is complete proceed to checkout. You will see 'Payment Method': Credit & Debit Payments (via Protx) as the only option. Click 'proceed' and you will then see PayPal as a payment option, along with Visa, Mastercard etc.

(Alternatively when you've selected your products click the 'view cart' button and you will see the option to proceed and pay via PayPal).

Can I pay by cheque?

Yes, payments can be made by cheque.

Either email your order to sales@inspirationalelements.co.uk or call us on 01908 939023 to place your order, do not place your order online.
