Delivery

Delivery is free for orders over £100. For all other orders we have a flat rate delivery charge of £4.99.

This website is only for delivery of products to addresses in the UK and Northern Ireland . This includes Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands.

We cannot deliver to the Channel Islands (including Alderney and Herm) or BFPO addresses.

Providing all items in your order are in stock, we will ship your order within 3 working days.

When you have placed your order on the website, you will be sent a confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive this email, please let us know at info@inspirationalelements.co.uk or via telephone on 01908 939023. The day your order is shipped, you will be sent a shipping email confirming dispatch.

Occasionally we may need to backorder an item. Delivery of out-of-stock items may take from 6 - 8 weeks, you will be contacted in the unlikely event of an item being out of stock and will be able to cancel order (or part order) for refund if required.

Returns

We trust that you will be delighted with your Inspirational Elements purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied please contact us via info@inspirationalelements.co.uk.

If the item is returned in its original condition we are happy to offer a full refund, minus delivery costs.

All items must be returned within 14 days with the invoice included.

We will process your refund via the method in which payment was originally made.

Return postage costs are not refunded.
The package is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches us. Therefore we recommend you send it via registered post, retaining proof of postage in order to claim from Royal Mail should your package be lost.

Packaging

Your purchase will always be securely and safely packaged with great care.

We care about the environment, re-using cardboard boxes where possible. So if your order arrives in a box that looks like it has been used before it has!

We never buy polystyrene as it can't be recycled, however when we recieve it from our suppliers we always try to reuse it.
